Painting of a Minsk cityscape at evening time, with figures of two kissing lovers. Inspired by his affair with redhead girl Veronika, who also posed in his painting of Kupalle rituals. She was simply met by an artist near the Academy of Arts location and she accepted to have an experience as a model for him.
